Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to Supreme Store ("we," "our," or "us"). We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through supremestore.in.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at supremestoree1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Reason for Return
    • Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Supreme Store.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at supremestoree1@gmail.com.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
