Welcome to Supreme Store ("we," "our," or "us"). We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through supremestore.in.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at supremestoree1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Reason for Return
- Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be borne by Supreme Store.
- For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at supremestoree1@gmail.com.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
